This half-B2-sized poster was used to promote the 2015 release of Sayonara Umihara Kawase +. It is double-sided, with a different illustration of Kawase on each side.
Leading up to the April 23 release of Sayonara +, at preview events held in Nagoya, Osaka and Tokyo in March and April, these posters were given away to people who played the preview.
